Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a large balcony facing the street with a view of the mountains. While the room was warm and a bit dated, the temperature inside was uncomfortable and the front desk was unresponsive to our cooling system issues.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had their own controllable unit and most came with balconies, but the management's response to the room temperature issue was disappointing. The service was accommodating and helpful, especially for families, offering various amenities like room service and housekeeping. The location was perfect, close to the center yet quiet. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a great bathroom, big balcony, and a lovely mountain view. The service is exceptionally helpful and professional, but the dining could be improved slightly. The location is convenient, close to the main street and transport options. The facilities are good, with fresh and local dining options available.
The hotel offers really nice and clean rooms with great customer service. The rooms are of a reasonable size, but due to my health condition, I found them too modern and cold for a city in the mountain.
